Privacy & Local Storage
Why QRDock does not upload your data
The design choice behind the privacy promise, and its trade-off.
The design choice
QRDock deliberately has no server that receives your content. That removes the most common privacy risk in code generators: a service logging what you encode.
What this protects
URLs, WiFi passwords, contact details and product numbers never leave your browser. Any logo you add is processed locally too.
The trade-off
Because there is no server, QRDock cannot offer editable “dynamic” codes or scan analytics. That is the price of keeping everything local, and for many users it is the point.
